My client has a new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager based in the West Yorkshire area. This will predominately focus on a programme of education projects. Candidates will be take full responsibility for budget programme and quality of a £multi-million capital project from inception to completion. My client is a tier one main contractor and listed under the FTSE 250 companies.

Key Responsibilities:



* Full responsibility for quality, health and safety on the project
* Co-ordinate all key members of the delivery team including design, planning, operations and commercial
* Co-ordination of planning resource to ensure programme accurate and attained
* Selection and high level management of supply chain
* Interface with client, subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
* Full commercial, budget and contractual governance

Experience and Qualifications:



* Demonstrable experience of delivering multi £m new build projects
* Degree qualified or equivalent
* SMSTS, CSCS AND FIRST AID
* Experience in the education (schools, colleges, university) sectors
* Ability to communicate effectively and produce accurate reports
