Project Quantity Surveyor needed to work on a 350 unit new build Residential Project!

I am seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a multi-phase new build residential project for a major Housing Association. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire project which is operating on a Construction Management contract from cradle to grave.

You'll be responsible for procuring every package from demolition through to site clean-up so experience with procuring traditional build residential projects previously is a must. You'll be expected to produce a detailed scope of works and see the project through to final accounts.

You'll be in charge of the cost plan and budget for not only this phase but upcoming phases too. Strong negotiation skills are a must.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor.

Location: The role will involve being based on site in West London

Rate: £300 - £350 p/d for the right candidate

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager

Duties will include -

* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings
