I am seeking a Project Quantity / No2 Quantity Surveyor to work under a Commercial Manager on a £100mil commercial office scheme in Central London. It is a JCT D&B new build scheme and will be an iconic, prestigious project to have on your CV. This opportunity provides a clear route for a transition to Senior Quantity Surveyor where you would be running your own projects in a lead capacity once you are up to speed with policies and procedures.

The contractor in question have a great reputation, are recruiting for this role due to expansion and have a wide, varied order book including plenty of work in Central London. They are a leading top 10 firm who believe in developing your career, have great staff retention levels and high levels of team work and motivation within their workforce.

Track record of working on projects over £10mil
Main contracting background, ideally from a top 20 contractor
Degree qualified (ideally construction related)
Stable, progressive CV
Project experience focused on the London region
