Do you have experience working for within the residential sector as a Project Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor?

If so, then I have the perfect role. I am currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work for one of London's High end developers to work on a Tradition build, RC Frame, Residential Project.

Responsibilities:

* Cost and Value Reconciliation
* Managing and assisting the some of the more junior team members.
* Provide project specific report updates on subcontractor performance/status
* Assisting sub-project teams with day-to-day commercial activities including resolution of subcontract notifications
* Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to MQS / Commercial Manager
* Assisting in preparation of main contract quotations for notified events

Key Skills:

* Experience ideally working for a developer or main contractor in a similar role.
* Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to MQS / Commercial Manager
* The ability to work seamlessly with clients and the supply chain.
* Strong IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
* Be able to control subcontract packages from enquiry through to final account.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
* Strong organisational skills with proven time management skills.
