Property Administrator (Lettings) - up to £22,000 - Romford

Are you an experienced Property Manager or Lettings professional seeking a new challenge in Romford?

Are you looking to work with a market leader who will offer you progression and development?

Our leading Lettings client has a new and exciting opportunity for a proven Property Manager in Romford on a permanent basis.

Working on a busy portfolio across the greater Romford region, you will ensure clients and Tennants receive the best possible service.



* £20,000 to £22,000 p/a (depending on experience)
* Excellent working conditions
* Immediate start available
* Training and progression

Duties:



* Arrange viewings, marketing and showings
* Select suitable Tennants
* Carry out property checks
* Manage official paperwork such as references
* Prepare move in packs
* Provide excellent customer care to Tennants and landlords
* Provide inspection reports to clients
* Coordinate maintenance

Experience needed:



* Property/lettings experience
* Outstanding customer service, proven ability to build relationships
* Administration background
* Ability to work on own inititive
* Diplomacy skills
* Highly organised
* Driver / own transport (expenses paid)
