Property Management Administrator - Croydon

Our leading Property Management client based in Croydon are seeking to recruit an Administrator on a full time permanent basis

* Undertake bulk mail merge printing from internal systems, collating accompanying documents, envelope stuffing and ensuring they are posted in a timely fashion.
* Mail merge and distribution of circulars as directed by Property Managers
* Communication with Property Managers in terms of workload and management of expectations
* Assist Accounts team with printing and sending out of demands/budgets with covering letters/accounts packs etc. as required
* Assist with copying / scanning documents
* Any other ad hoc office admin tasks as directed by line manager
* To update leaseholder details on receipt of Communication Preference Forms.
* To update Out of Hours contractor details as required.
* Use internal systems, Outlook, Word, Excel and any other systems as required.
* To carry out administration of adhoc consents, including Pets, Subletting etc as required.
* Support rest of the Central Support Team when necessary.


* Proven administration experience
* Professional, reliable and motivated
* Competent IT skills including use of MS applications
* Organised and hard working
