Are you a proven property administrator, letting administrator or sales support administrator seeking a new and exciting role in 2018?

Our leading Property Management client is seeking a proven and motivated Property Management Administrator to support the company Business development team within the Croydon office.

Working within a team of New business executives and Property Managers by way of providing Administrative duties, you will provide first class clerical support to ensure the Business Development team remain productive. You will provide full day to day admin support in addition to being involved in company bids, projects and programmes.

Duties:



* Support in the production of marketing material, bids and tenders
* Assist in team reports - market data
* Assist in management of company cars / supplies
* Maintaining internal systems and company records
* Document management, design and production
* General emails, calls and office support
* Ordering supplies and marketing materials

Experience Needed:



* Proven administration experience
* Solid IT capability including MS applications
* Professional and motivated and positive attitude
* Property Management or related industry exposure
* Sales support experienced - Administration
