Are you a Quality Inspector looking for your next big challenge?

My client, a leading housing association and one of London's largest residential developers is looking for a Quality Inspector to be based in Stratford, and sites across South London.

A Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality of new homes delivered to customers meets the quality standards, and any issues raised by the customer upon moving into their new homes are handled correctly and resolved promptly.

This role is integral to the company's reputation and is key for ensuring the customers are satisfied. My client is looking for people with excellent communication and stakeholder management, people who are passionate and able to deliver.


* Knowledge in the construction of new buildings, on large scale estates and regeneration schemes.
* Having the required experience and knowledge to review the progress of all elements of contracts, with contractors design responsibility.
* You will require a sound understanding of construction process including trades and materials.
* You will need to have an ability to identify and resolve multiple issues to ensure the highest level of contract compliance.
* You will be familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, checking them and using them as a reference when inspecting the work.
* An attention to detail when checking work and materials is essential.

Part of this role will entail meeting customers in their new home, which will require on occasions that you are able to work in the evening or on a Saturday. You will need a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle on a daily basis as this role requires the post holder to be mobile.
