Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Seeking an experienced surveyor to work for a very reputable residential contractor in London. You will be responsible for running your own brand new project which is currently at early procurement stages. Project consists of over 200 residential high-end apartments, built over 10 storey RC frame blocks with build value of £44mil. You will also be responsible for mentoring/managing an Assistant QS while reporting into the Commercial Manager.


* Paying in the region of £70,000 basic salary

* At least 5 years experience working within a QS position in the UK
* An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
* Main contractor or developer experience desired
* New Build and RC Frame experience needed
* Strong references
* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid commercial acumen
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
