Quantity Surveyor

Location: North Kent

Salary: up to £60k

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior

The Client: Award Winning Main Contractor seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Senior to join their team! This contractor are nationally recognised and have a fantastic reputation within the construction industry.

Position: Seeking a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior to join an educational project in North Kent to the value of £7 million. You will be commercial lead reporting to a visiting Managing Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for the initial procurement through to final accounts and it is essential you have previous experience as commercial lead on a similar project.


* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor
* Commercial lead on projects up to £6 million is essential
* HNC / HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying is preferable however not essential
* Highly Organised
* Good negotiation skills
* Aviation or NEC experience
