Quantity Surveyor - BRAND NEW INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT - N London / Essex - £30K - 40K + Package!

My client who are a top tier main contractor who have an annual turnover in excess of £500m are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major £85m+ Infrastructure Project in North London / Essex.

This project is BRAND NEW and is an ideal opportunity to be involved in an exciting and challenging project, with great progression and growth opportunities for the right person.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited too):



* Preparing tenders and contracts
* Helping to procure all materials, plant & labour
* Prepare budgets & forecasts
* Change control, variations and valuations
* Risk & Value management
* Progress reporting and attendance of site meetings

Key Experience:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working for a civil / rail main contractor
* 3+ years experience
* NEC Form of Contract experience
