Quantity Surveyors

£40,000-£55,000 (depending on experience) + Full Package

Our client operates internationally with 7 wholly owned subsidaries and regularly pick up the biggest and most notorious projects in the UK. They now require Quantity Surveyors of all levels to join their Highways team on one of the biggest and most sought after highways projects in the country.

Roles and Responsibilities



* Ensuring accurate records are maintained for their projects
* Ensuring appropriate sub contractor agreements are in place across their projects
* Producing accurate monthly internal and external cost value reconciliations across their projects
* Instigating any dispute resolution, ensuring all claim notices are issued.
* Ensuring the prompt settlement of Final Accounts

Candidate requirements



* Must have civils background
* Ideally highways (Highly Desirable)
* CSCS
* Strong Planning & Organising skills
* The individual will also demonstrate they can develop and maintain excellent client, internal & external relationships and have a positive and proactive approach to people & business development.
