If the answer is YES then a role as Secondary School Scribe might be worth considering!

This May & June Randstad's partnership secondary schools in the Blackpool area are looking to recruit highly committed and experienced Scribes to support secondary school students.

As a Scribe, your role would be to ensure that exams are carried out as per the rules set down and pupils are supported during both verbally and in written form.

Working hours often include an 8.30am start and occasionally finish as late as 4:00pm. Part-day assignments are also available.


Be a qualified and experienced Scribe

Have outstanding communication, interpersonal and organisational skills


Maintain candidate attendance and absence records

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding procedures

Work under the overall guidance of the Exams/Data Manager staff

Assist with setting-up examination venues with all the appropriate resources

Ensure exam conditions are maintained until candidates are dismissed
