I am recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager, to join an established and successful business (HO) based in Newbury. You will manage a large region, covering clients located along the M25. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, paying between £32,000-£35,000 + uncapped commission + company car, working Monday to Friday. This is a field based role, where you will be on the road for a minimum of 4 days per week - visiting active and new clients

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be;
*Achieve Sales targets as agreed with Line Manager
*Achieve 'New Business' generation or revenue growth targets where appropriate
*Prospect, identify and build relationships with new business with the aid of numerous sources (e.g Wholesalers, contractors, architects, designers)
*Introduce the brands to increase sales
*Manage new and existing relationships with customers/Wholesalers, Brand franchisees and distributors
*Utilise Kosnic's in-house CRM system for effective sales activities
*Devise sales plans to illustrate projected sales and how this will be achieved
*Liaise with Telesales team to adopt a cohesive sales strategy

Customer Service and Account Management:
*To work with in-house Account Managers to develop a strategic portfolio of clients/key accounts and nurture these accounts to increase sales opportunities whilst also meeting clients needs
*Provide regular reports/information on sales activities and key accounts with in-house Account Managers
*Provide excellent levels of customer service and answer any queries, enhancing the customer experience with Kosnic
*Hold regular customer service reviews with Line Manager to discuss performance level

Preferred Skills and experience;
*Minimum of 2 year field-based sales experience
*Account management experience would be advantageous
*Working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
*ISMM or Sales equivalent qualification would be advantageous

*Lighting, wholesaler or electrical experience is highly desirable

This is a permanent job working on a full time, field basis. The salary is £32,000 + - dependent on experience and you will be required to start asap, although a notice period will be honoured for the successful candidate. You will be required to attend a two stage interview process, starting next week!
