Salary: Up to £50,000 basic (negotiable dependent on experience) Double OTE

We are currently working with an organisation about to change the future of commuting. They are now looking to further expand their sales team with the addition of relationship driven, consultative and passionate Relationship Managers / Business Development Managers.

If you can demonstrate a great track record in building strong commercial relationships with Human Resources, Head of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Departments, then this could be the position for you. There will also be an opportunity to deal with clients at C Level, speaking with CEO's and MD's.

Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager - The Role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating and closing new business as well as maintaining accounts brought on. Targeting a variety of industries the role will encompass partnering and on boarding new clients as well as attending events, functions and promoting the company ethos. With a focus on developing sales you will use your excellent people skills and consultative sales skills to build strong relationships with new and current clients.

Senior Business Development Manager/ Key Account Manager - The Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Ideally 3 - 5 years' sales experience
• Experience of selling to Human Resources, Head of Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility Departments, CEO's, MD's and other C Suite Executives
• Passionate personality and a creative thinker
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers
• Experience mapping accounts and creating strategic growth plans
• Ability to work with colleagues and clients
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
