This service supports four people with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties, and additional needs, in the beautiful village of Four Marks in Hampshire. If you like to keep an active lifestyle you will fit perfectly with the residents here as they like to keep busy with various hobbies and activities.

* To support men in their mid-40s with all activities within the home and community
* To help with all aspects of personal care when needed
* To get involved with trampolining, swimming, arts and crafts, local walks, cookery and pottery to name but a few activities!
* To support residents to develop their own weekly activity timetable to reflect their personal interests

What is required?

* To work shifts patterns of 7:30am - 14:30pm, 14:30pm - 21:30pm, and alternate weekends
* (Nights are available)
* Driving experience and a valid license
