I am recruiting for experienced and dynamic Support Workers to join our client in the Aylesbury area. The role involves supporting children between the ages of 7-13 years old who display emotional and behavioural difficulties in order to provide a safe environment for children to play and work. The rates of pay start from £9-£11 an hour and the shift patterns vary based on the needs of the service. Sleep in's may also be required and these are a bulk payment.

A typical day would involve:

* Act as key worker
* Updating medical records
* Cleaning the house and doing any necessary household duties
* Driving the house car
* Always ensuring that the home remains in a home environment.
* Going to leisure activites such as swimming, bowling and carrying weekly home activites will all members of staff.

Key Requirements for this role:

* Experience of working with children with EBD
* Knowledge and understanding of childcare
