What are your responsibilities?



* Allocating payments to user accounts on the company system
* Processing benefits-related applications such as PIP, DLA, ESA and DWP
* Managing accounts with Welfare Benefits Agencies and other funding agencies
* Preparing tenancy statements and other reports for managers, support workers and clients
* Dealing with council tax and TV licencing


What is required?



* An undergraduate degree, or a vocational/accounting qualification
* Knowledge of and experience with Housing Benefits Legislation, DWP benefit applications, council tax regulations and use of databases and CRM systems
* Demonstrable experience in this field for at least 4 years
