    We are partnering with this global technical services business based in Sheffield area, in their search for a high-calibre financial accountant to join their team. What you will doReporting to the Finance Manager, you will be a key point of contact for the Division for audits and all technical accounting matters, including providing advice on accounting treatments, IFRS updates and statutory requirements. You will keep the team updated on the latest IFRS requirements and implement any changes within the division where you deem necessary, and attend regularly work with external reporting teams. You will also ensure internal controls, processes and reports are in place, and continually seek to improve existing systems and processes for the team. On an ongoing basis, you will coordinate with other finance teams and support annual and interim statutory audits, and oversee consolidation of about 10 entities. You will also support bids and business development from a financial perspective.The team has been working from home, and will gradually begin to go back to the office once or twice a week from September onwards.
