    My client, a leading housebuilder is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator in Brentwood, Essex. On offer is a base salary of £23,000 - £25,000. My client is looking for someone who has the capacity to be a PA, managing the Sales Directors inbox along with the wider teams diary management. This role requires someone who is passionate about market research and competitor analysis, along with presenting these ,findings to the director. Duties include:Responsible for the co-ordination of all paperwork associated with the site set up, legal set up and any information required for marketing purposes and issuing those to the relevant stakeholders.To keep a live datasheet of all active sites within the regionAttend meetings with the Head of Sales and Marketing, Sales and Marketing ManagersMinuting the meeting, chasing for outstanding information and adapting the datasheet accordingly.Support the Sales & Marketing Team, requesting site set up, legal set up and information required for marketing purposes, co-ordinating the information and directing it to the appropriate external stakeholder.To be the line of communication between purchasers and the Sales Consultants.Guiding the purchaser from reservation through to exchange of contracts and completion within our 28 day deadline. The ideal candidate will need a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
