    A high profile joint venture with multiple development opportunities across Scotland and the North of England has a new opportunity for a Communications Manager to join the team, reporting to the Head of Business Operations and working closely with the CEO to develop and deliver an internal communications strategy which inspires colleagues with the company's vision and drives understanding and engagement on company priorities and key initiatives. The Communications Manager will also be responsible for external communications on behalf of the wider joint venture collaboration, generating visibility, public relations, social media and media outreach strategies in line with the SLT's direction.Key elements of the role include:Translate corporate strategy and drive innovative communications strategies that reinforce the businesses values and plansDeliver regular, relevant and easily accessible content through various channelsWorking closely with the SLT, ensuring message alignment across multiple topicsDevelop close working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to support the delivery of the joint ventures broad initiativesCreate compelling internal communication initiatives that will motivate the team, foster the businesses culture and contribute to the delivery of business resultsPlan and manage the delivery of key corporate initiatives including events, awards and campaignsThe business is looking for a resilient, proactive individual with knowledge of strategic communications planning methodology and experience of cultural transformation and employee engagement strategies which can promote the positive aspects of the organisational story.This is a high profile, wide ranging opportunity for an individual with previous experience of taking the initiative to shape communications strategy in order to deliver business objectives.
