This role is reporting into the Development Management Manager. Key duties:· Deal with a caseload of the more complex planning, advertisement, listed building, and conservation area consent enforcement investigations.· Liaison/ meetings with and the provision of advice and guidance to customers on enforcement, planning and related matters.
