    My client is looking for a sharp, highly motivated and organised individual to join their growing and fast-pacedSafety team based in Shirley, Solihull. This role provides essential administrative support to the Safety, Health and Environment team. Benefits: Competitive salary: 18-21KHours: 8:30am - 16:30pm3.5% pensionLife assurance23 days holiday (excl. bank holidays)Responsibilities: Manage all required safety documents for any sub-contractors working for the companyIncludes checking all competency questionnaires have been completed correctly, checking cards/qualifications are correctAll admin to ensure training/ cards are all being appropriately recorded and monitored in line with proceduresFollow all procedures in relation to booking/ monitoring training - internal and externalSupport the team with high volume of pre-starter checks and follow up admin involved with induction & new site startersAssist with the provision and documentation of a competent and trained workforce including sub- contractorsSupport the Company to enable them to meet and exceed client expectationsGive full support the safety team to provide safe working for allSkills/Experience: Previous experience in high volume administrationCan manage a high volume of telephone callsKnowledge of current competency schemes within construction (e.g. CSCS/CPCS/NPORS etc)Good understanding of Word, Excel and OutlookSelf-motivated and ability to prioritise large workloadsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and good presentation skillsAbility to work well under pressureClick apply if this is the role for you!
