    Are you looking to gain experience in an office environment? Do you have a passion for customer service? We're looking for a full time customer service advisor to join us at Wavin, Doncaster. You'll be working in the customer Service 'Centre of Excellence' which has the commitment to providing value added services to both internal and external customers, whilst ensuring a positive and professional offering in a timely manner. Have a willingness to help customers & present solutions to expedite order & delivery issues.Expedite delivery query items logged by Customer Service Contact team in line with defined process & within prescribed timelines.Proactively suggest improvements to further enhance best practice and service delivery.Contribute to positive team spirit. Requirements:Basic IT skills - Microsoft Office.Working knowledge of SAP is preferred but not essential.Good communication skills both internally and externally.
