    We are currently recruiting for a CASS Reconciliations Specialist to work as part of a Change & Transformation team within a Global Financial Services firm. Role Responsibilities To provide technical support at SME level for the Reconciliations & Financial Reporting department, in respect of project deliverables that impact our Clients.To work with the Project Groups to identify requirements, be involved in GAP analysis, whilst ensuring that financial controls are maintained at all times. To manage the implementation of internal and external change, on behalf of Clients To assist in facilitating the drive for automation and risk reduction across the department. To deliver Client overviews for Reconciliations & Financial Reporting in respect of the systems, controls, and processes. To ensure the completion of project governance, and operational readiness to successfully deliver the project to the BAU teams.Divisional/Departmental:To identify, initiate and implement change, determine strategy, process and best practice as requiredTo analyse and document business process requirements and change for the Reconciliations & Financial Reporting division To attend and participate in Workshops, Divisional Project and Client Meetings, Requirement and Solution Reviews.To ensure completion of project documentation to support system development, new operational processes, training and implementation. Ensuring this is up to date at all times.To support and review Testing.Provision of MI to the Head of Reconciliations & Financial Reporting Technical Change regarding progress, issues and deviation from scope.To facilitate the Change Management administration and processEscalation to Senior Management.Additional responsibilities Complete any other appropriate ad hoc tasks as directed by your Line manager.Essential Skills Good knowledge of FAST/FSU, Figaro and PercanaGood accounting or double entry knowledgeA good overall grasp of Client Money reconciliation processesA good understanding of CASS principles and rules (CASS 6.
