This setting in question is situated in the heart of Leyland and is part of 2 supported living settings in close proximity. The settings support approx. 1-8 adults from the age of 18 years. Each home supports Adults with a Social Emotional Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH) diagnosis who are learning independence for adult life. This role is needed ASAP and is based on approx 40 hours a week. The homes work on a 14-day, rolling rota. Shifts include days, evenings and weekends, sleep ins are also required. Accommodation and meals are all provided, when on shift. For this role the successful candidate must have prior experience as a support worker ideally supporting adults with SEMH previously. The existing team are passionate and dedicated and are invested in offering a safe and supportive environment for the adults. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure and you will be working in a setting where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where adults are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible.
