Benefits:



* £20,000 - £23,000 (+ annual bonus)
* 15 minutes walk from City Centre (towards Aston & JQ)
* 20 days hol + BH (Christmas shutdown)
* Parking on-site
* Mon - Fri 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM

Main Responsibilities:



* Sales order processing
* Provide end to end sales support
* Handling customer queries (mainly via email)
* Follow up customer quotations
* Follow up for payments and customer confirmations
* Maintain and develop the existing customer database
* Liaising with external departments and suppliers in UK and Europe to ensure goods are shipped to deadline
* Coordination of shipments and deliveries
* Handling and responding promptly to customer enquiries via inbound calls and emails
* Accurately process customer orders and action amendments accordingly
* Provide updates to customers regarding progress of orders, any production, delivery, credit or other issues affecting the order
* Resolve and process required paperwork relating to any invoice, delivery or other queries raised by customers
* Provide admin support to field sales representatives with occasional attendance at tradeshows as required
* Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills

What you will need?



* Two years sales administration/ sales support/ customer service administration experience is essential or experience within a similar position
* Must have sales order processing experience
* Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills are essential
* Strong communication and rapport building skills
* Ability and confidence to handle conflict and resolve problems arising to ensure delivery deadlines are met
* Knowledge and work experience with a ERP/ CRM system would be advatnegous
* Excellent standard of English both written and spoken and Maths
