Sales Administrator


£8.21/hour to £10/hour - depending on experience

Temporary - 6 to 8 weeks, immediate start

Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about always providing excellent customer service to your clients?

You will be responsible with assisting the day to day co-ordination of the Sales Team service delivery, project based tasks, helpdesk and communications requirements.


* Full Time hours - Monday to Friday

* Handling sales phone calls and emails
* General admin duties (emails, customer queries)
* Helpdesk duties - respond to requests in a timely and accurately manner
* Providing secretarial support
* Maintain the database updated
* File maintenance
* Undertaking admin duties such as scanning/ copying and filing


* Immediate availability
* Very good PC skills
* Punctuality and organisation skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise own work load
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Fast and accurate typing
* Motivated, flexible, reliable and proactive
