Are you a New Homes Sales Consultant but not seeing the benefits?

This is a great opportunity to progress your career in the new homes sector. Full time permanent positions available in a new sales suite based in Blackfriars.

They offer a great basic salary, uncapped commission and two weekends off a month; as well as an excellent team culture. This is prestigious build with apartments up to the value of £3.5M.

Duties:



* Meeting and greeting customers
* Conducting property viewings
* Meeting individual and team targets
* Assist and manage your sale through to completion including administration
* Follow company procedures and standards

Requirements:



* You must have AT LEAST 1 years experience in New Home sales
* Previous experience working for a residential developer is preferred but not essential
* Sound knowledge of the current property market
* Excellent negation and closing skills is essential
* Confident with strong customer service skills
* You must be ambitious
* Must be self motivated and able to work alone as well as in a team
* Knowledge of the selling legal and compliance process
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
