You will be selling a collection of prestigious 1-3 bed apartments and town houses starting from £600,000 in price. As Sales Consultant you will be based in a fantastic sales suite based in Hounslow.

The successful Sales Consultant will be joining an experienced New Homes team based in Hounslow. * Meeting and greeting customers
* Conducting property viewings
* Meeting individual and team targets
* Assist and manage your sale through to completion including administration
* Follow company procedures and standards


* You must have AT LEAST 1 years experience in residential sales
* Previous experience working for a residential developer is preferred
* Sound knowledge of the current property market
* Excellent negation and closing skills is essential
* Confident with strong customer service skills
* You must be ambitious
* Must be self motivated and able to work alone as well as in a team
* Knowledge of the selling legal and compliance process
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
