Experience and skills:

• 3-5 years leading or managing a lead generation team with 1-3 years at an enterprise software company
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred
• Exceptional understanding of all lead generation disciplines and response techniques to also include product messaging, creative development, segmentation, social media, seminars, webcasts and events
• Strong working knowledge of

• Responsible for building a true inside sales function that would sell into low end opportunities or non-core markets and not be just lead generation, they would run with sales cycle.
• Hire, manage, and mentor Area Sales Development Representatives
• Liaise with the Area Marketing Manager, Regional Managers and Account Executives to manage marketing efforts and translate field needs into actionable campaigns that build pipeline and grow revenue
• Insure all lead generation metrics are followed and best practices in place for repeatable success
• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Communications and Channels to drive marketing initiatives and programs
• Leverage customer relationships in various marketing campaigns such as events, press releases, success stories, webinars and trade shows
• Design and deliver the EMEA sales development plan with budgets, goals and targeted ROI based on the corporate sales strategy.
• Support SVP and Area Vice-Presidents with as-needed territory and sales research/analysis projects
