Experience as a Sales Manager in one of these industries or alike is crucial: Cosmetics/Hair/Beauty/Aesthetics/Medical/Dietary/pharmaceutical

You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in the UK and all established and new overseas markets. Directs a Key Account Manager and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of training.

So what will you do?

* Develop a business plan and sales & marketing strategy for the UK and Overseas markets to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
* Responsible for the performance, target achievement and development of the Key Account Manager and other sales personnel where applicable.
* Responsible for setting sales targets for the Key Account manager and other sales personnel where applicable.
* Provides timely feedback to Directors regarding performance
* Monitoring the Key Account Manager and any other sales persons performance
* Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity within the Division for all sales personnel.
* Responsible for personally handling identified key accounts within the UK and Overseas Distributors
* Responsible to develop overseas network of Distributors with emphasis on agreed markets
* Trains, guides and develops sales personnel
* Collecting customer feedback and market research.
* Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed and approved by Directors
* Improves product presence by improving product packaging and coordinating new product development liaising with the Director of Commercial Development
* Accomplishes marketing objectives to include planning and implementation of an advertising strategy, social media strategy, trade show programme, promotional programme for both trade and end users and an effective Public Relations plan
* Controls expenses to meet company guidelines
* Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures they are communicated and agreed upon within the team
* Recruits sales personnel where applicable based on agreed criteria with the Directors
* Responsible for conducting annual appraisals with team members

What you will need?

* Experience as a Sales Manager in one of these industries or alike is crucial: Cosmetics/Hair/Beauty/Aesthetics/Medical/Dietary/pharmaceutical
* You'll be able to build an develop superb relationships with existing and new business
* You'll take a consultative approach to winning new business
* A strategic approach to improving agent performance
* Experience in leading a small team
* An excellent ability to generate new business
* Must have a track record of nurturing and developing long term customer relationships
* Must have good Communication skills
* Excellent deal structuring, negotiation and communication skills
* Must be Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
