Responsibilities



* Managing the classroom to optimise the children's learning environment
* Progressing every SEN child's learning consistently in an engaging way
* Adapting to different learning styles
* Providing relevant feedback to pupils and parents
* Ensuring teaching is on track with the Yr5 Curriculum

Requirements



* SEN Experience
* Passionate about teaching children with challenging behaviour
* Fantastic parent liaison skills
* Active listening skills and excellent communication skills
* Organisational skills
* Creative and strategic lesson planning skills and delivery
* Superb understanding and delivery of KS2
* Working closely with an SLT team and other primary teachers
