SEN Teaching Assistant

About You

* We are looking for candidates who are sincerely empathetic, and who will strive to empower young people with additional needs towards independence
* Excellent communication skills
* Providing support and targeted learning
* Relevant experience working with children
* Team Teach is desirable, but not essential


* Providing whole class, 1:1 and small group support
* Supporting learners with additional needs
* Supporting the class teacher with academic support
* Some assessments on progress levels of learners
* Managing behaviour in all lessons and around school

The training will cover de-escalation techniques and physical restraint and is highly appealing to a large number of schools.
