A secondary school in the Brighton area is looking for someone to work with learners who find it challenging to go through a school day.
These learners all have SEMH difficulties and need someone who has the resilience to help them reach their highest potential.

Your role:
Support the learners through out their school day
Encouraging student's confidence, self esteem and independence
Putting into practice individual education, social, behavioural and personal care programmes.
Encouraging children to communicate with one another and with staff.
Providing feedback and assistance to teachers.

Your Skills:
Commitment to working with pupils with special educational needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative and problem-solving skills
The ability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviour
Team working skills
