Working alongside specialised teachers and therapists, you will learn how to effectively deliver the CABAS and ABA curriculum for students with Autism and Speech and language needs. In addition, you will attend workshops and revision days to enhance your skills and techniques when approaching the classroom environment.

Job responsibilities:
- To shadow the main teacher to fully understand the structure of the classroom
- Attend meetings and training sessions each week
- Participate in all physical and theoretical activities
- Work alongside each student to help them overcome any barriers to learning
- Gain understanding of Autism and Speech and language needs through theoretical practice

Key Skills:
- Must have experienced in SEN education, Care, Support worker or nursing roles
- Must have own means of transport
- Motivated to improve skills and dedicated to pursue training
