This Civil/Structural Consultancy is seeking a versatile Senior Civil Engineer to work in their Cambridge. This is a permanent position with an attractive salary and is an opportunity to work for a well established firm with over 50 staff. The Consultancy offer a pension, professional subscriptions paid, regular CPD, 26 days holiday and an annual weekend trip away for their employees.

The right candidate should have experience of working on large regeneration projects, housing estates, sewer diversions, schools, and highways. You must have several years of experience in a similar role. You must be familiar with flood risk assessments, detailed design of SUDS & drainage, earthworks, S106 applications, build over agreements, S278 works and will be conversant with AutoCAD, PDS and Micro-Drainage. You will be required to design and manage your own projects, attend Client and Design team meetings.

This consultancy works on projects which are often award-winning, ranging from small to large scale in all areas of new build and refurb. They also specialise in heritage engineering, off-site fabrication, and appraisal of existing buildings, infrastructure engineering, engineering sustainability, pre-planning advice and deep basement design.

It is essential that you have good communication skills and can work as part of a team.
