job description

Would you like to work on something a little different? How about delivering on a Iconic, Grade II Listed Building in Central London and being able to proudly say - 'I did that'?

Our client is looking to appoint a Senior or Associate level Cost Planner or Quantity Surveyor to play a vital role in this unique development as part of a joint venture; housing one of the most largest developments in the UK to date.

You will form part of a award winning team working for a Private Construction Consultancy whose heritage can be traced back pre-1900's. Our client is a global, multi-disciplinary, property and construction consultancy with a fantastic central london office who have an enviable reputation in the industry for their staff retention and social dynamic in the office.

To be considered for this position, you should be able to demonstrate up to date cost planning experience, ideally from a private consultancy background, as this particular development would be very much a hands on role.

This really does represent a fantastic opportunity for someone to not only work on a Grand London project but also be part of an organisation that is actively expanding its London presence.

If you are interested, or know of someone that might be, please contact Ather Asghar for a confidential discussion.
