One of the UK's leading banks is looking for a range of Senior Customer Service Advisers in their Doxford Park area of Sunderland.

As a Senior Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will involve:



* Demonstrating a strong level of knowledge and understanding of our digital products, enabling you to proactively educate your customers to have confidence in using alternative channels of their choice.
* Keeping your knowledge of our products and services up to date, and knowing where to find information about them to ensure you deliver the most appropriate outcome for the customer
* Delighting the customer by offering a professional, caring, consistent and outstanding level of customer service, whereby an emotional connection with the customer is built.
* Collaborate with specialist colleagues (e.g. Home Solutions, Premier) to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey, breaking down barriers across segments in order to keep the customer at the heart of what we do

To be suitable for this role you must meet the following requirements:



* Live a commutable distance from Doxford Park area of Sunderland
* Have a great attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Possess a positive approach to customer service and creative problem solving
