Senior Employee Relations and Project Manager

Are you looking to work closer to home? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employee Relations and Project Manager based in a Local Authority in East London.

Post: Senior Employee Relations and Project Manager

Rate: Circa £293 per day

Temp: 6 Months

This key temporary role is required to deliver the following:



* Employment relations case work tracking, review and improvement of management of organisational case work.
* Undertake and introduce risk analysis, consistent standards of practice established.
* Leadership of the Trade Union Forum meetings and actions, TU policy working group and all FOI/SAR and complaints.
* Scope of policy review project required with risks/issues and governance to deliver project established.
* Day to day support with ER advice on complex, diverse range of employment relation issues.

Requirements



* Fellow or Chartered member of CIPD
* Degree in HRM
* Legal or equivalent qualification
