Are you located near West London and want work close to home? Or perhaps you are looking for a longer term freelance contract?

We have a fresh role working as a Senior Estimator for a long term role with a groundworks sub-contractor. This position requires someone who has previously worked in a sub-contracot enviroment.

Anyone who displays strong experience in the areas mentioned could interview next week for the soonest possible start!

Roles and responsibilities:

* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, buyers and directors.
* Preparing and pricing work ranging for £500,000 to £1.5m
* Making sure estimates are competive and submitted before deadlines.
* Attending weekly progress meetings, directors meetings
Candidate Requirements:

* Degree qualified surveyor who has transfered in to Estimating
* Experience working with a groundworks subcontractor (Vital)
* Have previous pricing Roads, Paving, Drainage, Machinery, Exgervations and Muck Away.
* A valid CSCS card
