Our National House Builder client whose new build housing arm are seeking a Senior Estimator to work on multiple unit traditional build developments across West Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The Senior Estimator will be running a number of developments at once. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone who is skilled as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join this house builder who is after the opportunity to work on some challenging projects, whilst working fora large brand which has may different avenues.


* £50,000 - £55,000 + Car/Allowance

Outline of Responsilibities:

* Advise of improvements needed within Adoption
* Manage the development of long term relationships
* Attend pre-tender meetings
* Obtain feedback on both successful and unsuccessful tenders
* Assist/Manage the production of Tender Docs.

Working for a industry leader within house building, the successful Senior Estimator will have good longevity with their current company, they are looking for someone to grow within the business and loyalty is important to them. As this is a more senior role you must have a minimum 5 years experience. BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar in a commercial related course is essential. Previous recent experience running multi-unit residential schemes and drivers licence essential
