Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

I am currently working on behalf of a leading developer in London. They are seeking dynamic, hands on Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to joint the commercial team on a Residential Tower in Central/East London.

The individual will be responsible for procurement and commercial management of the Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure works along with other key services including lifts, BMU and utilities across both buildings of this signature scheme. The successful candidate must have proven experience of managing large-scale M&E works (not exclusive to residential) which must be highlighted within their CV.

Responsibilities



* Cost Value reconciliations (CVRs)
* Cash Flow forecasting
* Management of subcontractor accounts
* Negotiation of variations, calculations & settlement of final accounts
* Procurement of specialist Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors
* Managing monthly project cost reports in time for monthly Directors meetings
* Preparation of monthly Project Valuations and preparation of Project Final Account

Expected Qualifications



* ONC
* HNC in Building Studies
* Accredited degree in construction
* Either RICS/CIOB or willing to work towards membership.
