Senior Project Manager requirement working in East London

We are currently on the lookout for senior level candidates who have extensive experience working on new residential development projects to assist in the delivery of an ongoing scheme in East London.

This role will be long term freelance with the opportunity to go temp to perm. Candidates need to demonstrate an understanding working at Project Manager level delivering schemes up to 350 units.

For this position candidates will be acting as a number 2 to the Project director on site and will be managing 6 block managers for internal and external works.

Relevant candidates will interview immediately for the earliest possible start.

* Working closely with the Project director to develop the over construction programme
* Maintain high levels of quality and Health & Safety on site
* Able to command respect from the general site team and sub contractors on site
* Ability to approach situations with a personable and proactive mindset


* Experience working on residential projects
* Proven track record delivering similar sized projects (350 units etc.)
* Trades background, NVQ or degree qualified.
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
