Are you a Quantity Surveyor who is thinking about taking the next step in your career? Are you ready to run your own projects and manage a team?

If so I am seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to make a steady transition to a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, running medium sized residential projects for a highly reputable main contractor in Central London.

The initial project consists of 200 residential apartments and town houses, build value £21m. You will be responsible for running this project as well as guiding as managing a team of assistants and also working closely with a commercial manager.


- Paying up to £75,000 basic salary

- At least 5 - 7 years experience working in a QS position in the UK

- RC frame experience needed

- Main contractor experience

- Worked on projects within the region of £20m+ from cradle to grave

- Computer literate

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong references

- Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
