Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor and do you want to be part of a growing main contractor based in Guildford? Do you want to work with leading architects on some of the South East's most interesting medium sized commercial and residential projects?

We are exclusively working with a Guildford based contractor, who are looking to strengthen their commercial team with a Senior QS. The company was formed in recent years and bring together a number of the regions most successful senior managers.

The company was set up to provide a unrivalled service to local clients and partner with high end architects, working across both residential and commercial sectors. The company have big plans and are well on their way to achieving them. Joining the business now is a great opportunity, as considerable growth is forecast in the next 3 years.

They generally work on projects, D&B and traditional contracts, up to £5M in value, but are currently in consideration for a few larger projects.

The successful applicant will be a future leader and have ambitious to manage a team and be part of a senior management team. You will assist in bids, and attend networking event with other Directors and clients. You will be responsible for managing, on average, three projects. You will be involved in some pre construction duties, but your primary focus will be sub contract procurement and financial control and reporting on projects through to settlement on final accounts.
