Senior Regeneration Manager

Are you looking to progress to a more senior position? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Regeneration Manager within a Housing Association based in West London.

Post: Senior Regeneration Manager

Rate: Circa £42,750 - £49,250 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Senior Regeneration Manager to be responsible for the successful delivery of all regeneration projects across the association and delivering the highest levels of stakeholder engagement.

The main duties of the role are as followings;



* Overall leadership, through levels of management to achieve objectives around regeneration projects and be responsible for the team day to day activities, driving best practise whilst setting an example in delivering excellent customer service.
* Responsible for delivering on commitments within 'principal development agreement' including communicating the decant proposals and programme, monitoring and supporting the local authority to gain vacant possession of the existing residential and commercial properties and managing risks associated.
* Develop, maintain and influence relationships with key stakeholders and partners e.g. residents, community stakeholders, the Greater London Authority, Countryside Properties and the local authority.
* Ensure compliance of areas controlled in respect of governance and adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory provisions specifically building regulations, local authority, housing strategy and London housing design guide.
* Manage risks associated with areas surrounding environmental, financial, and reputational and delivery risk.

Requirements



* Experience within the Social Housing Sector.
* Highly developed housing, regeneration and community development experience gained in a similar fast passed resident focused environment.
* Highly experienced people manager.
* Able to demonstrate extensive financial and commercial acumen, including associated risk management skills at the highest level.
* Empathetic, with developed diplomacy skills.
