Have you got extensive experience delivering external packages on residential developments? Are you able to motivate and manage sub contractors to deliver effectively within program? If so this may be the opportunity for you.

I am currently working with a residential design and build contractor on an excellent opportunity for a External Manager to join a £70million South East London based project. The successful post holder will be responsible for the external works of the build which will include brickwork facade, roofing, scaffolding, windows etc.

* Reporting directly into the Project Manager, taking responsibility for the day to day running or the site and problem solving.

* Managing Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers as the project progresses through the programme

* Managing sub contractors to deliver within program
* Ensuring health and safety on site


* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Residential experience
* Developer or contractor experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to work with a main contractor who has many exciting project in the pipeline.
