A permanent position has become available for a Senior Site Manager with a National Main Contractor to run Building projects across South Yorkshire. The company specialise in Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential projects and are looking to add to their Yorkshire and East Midlands business.


Remuneration /Benefits:
* Competitive basic salary between £45,000 and £55,000
* Company Car / Car allowance.
* Matched contribution pension scheme.

Experience Required:
* Experience of managing Design & Build projects for a Main Contractor valued from £3m to £8m
* New Build experience.
* You will be commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
* You must have good IT Skills.
* You must hold a Driving Licence.
* CSCS Card at Site Manager level
* Valid SMSTS certificate
* Valid First Aid at Work certificate


Job:
As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a £5m - £15m value construction site, reporting to a Project Manager.

Key Accountabilities:
* Coordinating and overseeing activity, delivering projects on time, to budget and keeping to high levels of quality.
* Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management.
* Manage and develop supply chain relationships.
* Be able to read and understand programmes, drawings and technical specifications.
* Monitor Site teams' performance against contract targets and instigating corrective actions.
