Are you a Senior Site Manager? Looking for a new position? Have experience with modular builds?

Randstad are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to work in bristol on a contracted basis for 60 weeks. This will be a salaried position.

The project is the construction of a new two storey primary school with single storey nursery, comprising of two teaching wings and a sports/dining hall arranged in a 'pinwheel' form. The structure of the teaching wings and nursery will be lightweight modular SIPS panels and floor cassettes. The hall building will be a hybrid of SIPS panels and steel framed construction. Externally there will be a mixture of hard and soft play areas and playgrounds, hard and soft landscaping with a car park for school staff and visitors.

The candidate;

* At least 5 years in a similar role
* Knowledge of commercial works
* Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
* Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
* Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
* Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
* Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
* Meet contractual conditions of performance
* Review the work progress on daily basis
